Boleh makan hirup-hirup rasanya ala mushroom soup Pizza je.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;STEP 3&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Untuk kentang (mashed potato)&lt;br /&gt;- Beberapa biji kentang (rebus sampai embuk, erkk buang kulit la takkan rebus ngan kulit lak)&lt;br /&gt;(entah tak kira berapa biji, adalah dalam 10 biji kot, sederhana&lt;br /&gt;- 1 kotak susu low fat)&lt;br /&gt;(kotak kecil yang budak-budak minum je, singgit lebih je sekotak)&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar butter&lt;br /&gt;sedikit garam dan sedikit serbuk lada sulah. jangan lembik sangat tau.. tak syiok.. tapi gasak le kalau korang suka.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya&lt;br /&gt;*Kentang yang dah rebus tu, dilecek semasa masih panas, sambil lecek, sambil letak butter, lada sulah, garam, dan susu tadi, kacau, lecek.. kacau lecek biar rata,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;STEP 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Amek loyang ke apa saja yang boleh membako, jangan pulak guna tupperware, dengan tupperware tu kang terbako. Sebungkus daging kisar&lt;br /&gt;(boleh dapat dalam 5 keping daging burger-kalau kedekut buatlah kecik-kecik, dan nipis dapatlah banyak)&lt;br /&gt;2. dua ulas bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;3. seulas bawang beso sederhana beso&lt;br /&gt;4. serbuk lada hitam&lt;br /&gt;(yang halus dan yang kaso-kalo takder, hentam je mana yang ada, salah satu la)&lt;br /&gt;5. serbuk lada sulah&lt;br /&gt;6. seasoning oil maggi&lt;br /&gt;7. 1 sudu beso sos cili&lt;br /&gt;8. 1 sudu beso sos tomato&lt;br /&gt;9. 1 1/2 sudu beso sos tiram&lt;br /&gt;10. 2 sudu besar kicap manis&lt;br /&gt;11. 2 sudu beso seasoning oil maggi tu&lt;br /&gt;garam secukup rasalah&lt;br /&gt;* serbuk/flakes daun parsley, oregano dan rosemary (yg ni guna serba sikit, tgk dalam pic saya guan sikit je setiap satu saya guna anggaran dalam setengah sudu kecil je)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ok yang bertanda *ni lelain tambahan saya hentam yang menjadikan daging burger ni, boleh beat burget king punya tau.. tu dia.. tak makan hati tokei burger king kalo baca ni, betul pakcik gebu yang cakap, lebih sedap dari burger king punya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ok, caranya,&lt;br /&gt;- basuh dan tapis air daging kisar tu, biar sampai sejat betul air nya, jangan basah-basah tau, saya siap perah lagi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- blender bawang putih, bawang beso dan *serbuk-serbuk tu semua, guna blender kering untuk bahan kering tu, letak air sikit je.. sesudu dua je, jangan banyak, ni kena ikut, jangan degil, kang berair daging korang acik tatau..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Kemudian, gaul semua bahan yang tertera kat atas tu semua sekali ke dalam daging kisar, puan-puan, sile guna tangan occay. Bawang merah/bawang besar (dihiriskan)&lt;br /&gt;3. Tepung jagung (2-3 sudu dibancuh dengan sedikit air) ikut kuantiti air rebusan dan juga kepekatan yang kita suka)&lt;br /&gt;4. lada sulah (2-3 sudu, ikut selera kita la..)&lt;br /&gt;5. sedikit sos tiram (optional ni, tak boh pun taper)&lt;br /&gt;6. serbuk pati ayam megi (or kiub ayam) pun ikut suka kita la.. tp biasa kalau serbuk pati ayam tu satu sudu besar cukup la, kalau kiub ayam, separuh pun dah cukup&lt;br /&gt;7. sedikit sos ikan (tader pun taper, tp kalau tader, kureng kick sikit la)&lt;br /&gt;8. sebungkus keow teow (aku guna keow yang halus sikit, utk buat char keow teow tu, sbb yg jenis ni tidak berlalu lembut dan kuat sgt melekat, susah nak uraikan)&lt;br /&gt;9. 5-6 biji telur (dipukul macam nak buat telur dadar tu)&lt;br /&gt;10. udang + ayam + sotong (serba sedikit)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;(buang kepalanya dan kepala tu basuh bersih rebuskan dengan 3-4 cawan air atau lebih atau kurang)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;11. daging&lt;br /&gt;(&lt;em&gt;rebus jugak supaya cepat lembut-air jangan buang boleh guna untuk kuah jugak, kalau tanak guna pun taper, cukuplah air rebusan udang dah ada..ikut selera kita la. nak guna ari rebusan daging or udang -me-guna dua-dua)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then sayur-sayuran la..cth karot, sawi, bunga kobis, jagung muda, kobis,&lt;br /&gt;garam + gula sesedap rasa + fish ball/fish cake&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:-&lt;br /&gt;1. Daging kisar cap ramly sebungkus&lt;br /&gt;4. rempah kari daging 2 sudu (bancuh ngan sikit air)&lt;br /&gt;5. Garam and gula&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:-&lt;br /&gt;1. Tumis bawang-bawang&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan rempah, masak sampai garing tau.. sampai naik minyak, kalo tka naik minyak tak sedap ooo,&lt;br /&gt;3. Sedikit lada hitam (serbuk)&lt;br /&gt;7. sedikit lada sulah&lt;br /&gt;8. 2@3 sudu soso cili&lt;br /&gt;9. 1 susu besar sos tiram&lt;br /&gt;10. 1 sudu seasoning oil meggi (ala..selalu org goreng burger boh tu)&lt;br /&gt;*no.10 ni optional, tak boh pun takper, umah gue ada stok, gue boh le..)&lt;br /&gt;* Tambahan, daging ayam lebihan Lemon Rosemarry Chicken tu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sayuran&lt;br /&gt;* Mix vege&lt;br /&gt;* Salad&lt;br /&gt;* Timun&lt;br /&gt;* Kobis&lt;br /&gt;* Mayonis (erkk kategori sayuran ke?? hentam je la..eheh)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara&lt;br /&gt;1. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang beso sampai kekuningan&lt;br /&gt;(bawang beso dari sebiji tu ambik suku je)&lt;br /&gt;2. Kemudian masukkan sedikit air (anggaran setengah cawan) dan masukkan daging ayam tadi tu masak sampai kurang sedikit air tadi.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan kiub ayam, lada sulah, lada hitam, sos tiram, dan seosing oil tu.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masak lagi sampai agak basah sedikit je, kemudian masukkan sos cili, mix vege, baki bawang dadu tadi, masak lagi jangan sampai terlalu kering, then masukkan lebihan ayam Lemon Rosemarry Chicken tu, gaul-gaul biar sebati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ok dah siap, sejukkan sekejap then gaulkan dengan mayonis, dan sayuran kobis tadi &lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dah siap, letakkan salad dan timun dipotong nipis dalam belahan roti pita @ sosej, then isikan dengan inti daging kebab kita yang sempoi itu tadi.. then pipe kan dengan sos cili, sos lada hitam dan mayonis, (ni nak kasi lebih ummmpphh je, tak der pon tak per, dah sedap dah...makan gitu je..)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;simple je resepinya tp mabeles ouls... cobalah...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*note-saya guna sos lada hitam seperti pic di bawah ni from singapore, jenama SingLong (ada logo halal la of course) sos nya sedap banget, kena beno ngan tekak kami anak beranak, harganya mahal jugak sebotol tu RM6.00 lebih, tapi berbaloi la sedap.. beli kat Car*four, tempat lain tatau le ada tak, sebelum ni dah try byk jenis, Life la. NI bahan-bahan yang kita perlukan, ada yang takder dalam gambar. &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Nugget Ayam&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Bahan-bahannya&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Sebungkus daging ayam kisar ramly&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;sedikit garam lada sulah&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;sedikit kiub ayam (pakai suku je dari seketul)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Sesudu tepung gandum&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Sesudu tepung jagung (kalau nak nugget lebih lembut, leh kurangkan sukatan tepung, nak lagi keras, leh tambah tepung sikit lagi)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;2 biji telur ayam&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Bread Crumb (hari kan korang dah beli buat roti gulugn sosej kan?? musti ada lagi kan..kan..malu nak ngaku nampak...eheheh) &lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;a href="http://s6.photobucket.com/albums/y208/senangingat/?action=view&amp;amp;current=ayamnuggetayam.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img alt="Photobucket" src="http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y208/senangingat/ayamnuggetayam.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okeh caranya&lt;br /&gt;1.Gaulkan garam, lada sulah, dan kiub ayam tadi, dah sebati, baru masukkan tepung sikit-sikit&lt;br /&gt;*penggunaan ratio tepung gandum biar lebih sedikit dari tepung jagung adalah lebih memuaskan hasilnya, or kalau tader, tak yah boh pun tak pe, just tepung gandum je)&lt;br /&gt;2. Pastu kepalkan jadi bulat-bulat (tgk pic)&lt;br /&gt;3. Kombang le lobang idung korang anak sebok cerita mak kami buat nugget sendiri, pastu kalau anak dah beso cam Najmi, suruh le dia buat sendiri bentuk apa dia nak, lagi enjoy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nak lagi jimat, pegi kedai jual barangan burger atau barangan kek, ada jual daging kisar yang besau gedabak, besau lengan saya adalah, (lengan saya ye, bukan lengan Cik Madu yang jari pakai cincin size kanak-kanak ye)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rasanya?? ermm menurut ahli tukang rasa samo je cam nugget beli..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oh ya, kalau nak ala-ala tempura, lebihan telur tadi, gaul sikit ngan sedap strawberry/mango)&lt;br /&gt;*(kalau beli kat supermarket brand ladies choice ke apa..&lt;br /&gt;*(sy tak pasti sbb sy biasa beli sebungkus besar kat bakeri shop, lebih murah, so biasa saya guna dalam 4 sudu besar&lt;br /&gt;1 mug air.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. potong dadu kek, dan susu dalam bekas&lt;br /&gt;2. Masakkn susu cair, tepung kastad dan gula dalam periuk (jgn pekat sgt, boleh tambah 4-2 sudu air juga.&lt;br /&gt;(api perlahan, kacau kejap je, agak nak didih je tutup api, dan kacau, jgn sampai mendidih kang pekat sangat)&lt;br /&gt;3 dah ok cun, tuang sos kastad ni ke atas kek tadi,&lt;br /&gt;4. susun buah-buah cocktail tadi atas sos kastad tu (of course buah je, airnya tapis kasi buang la&lt;br /&gt;5. tunggu dia 'keras sikit' then masak 1 mug air tadi, then masukkan jelly kristal, kacau kejap, tutup api&lt;br /&gt;6. bila agak sos kastad tadi dah cam agak keras, tuang jelly perlahan-lahan atas sos kastad tadi, pastu biar dia 'mengeras' dalam peti sejuk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota-&lt;br /&gt;*tuang perlahan tau Jelly tu, kalo tak naik berkeladak sos kastad, tak comei puding miker&lt;br /&gt;*guna whisker untuk kacau sos kastad atas dapur (agar tidak berketul hasilnya, kalau berketul, kena tapis-leceh)&lt;br /&gt;* makan sejuk-sejuk pun sedap. Gaulkan butter dan gula ising sebati.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan telur dan esen vanilla. kacau rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Ayakkan semua tepung dan masukkan dalam bancuhan butter sedikit demi sedikit.&lt;br /&gt;4. Gunakan acuan dahlia dan pamkan dalam loyang.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan dan gaulkan rata semua  bahan A.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan air dan gaulkan lagi sehingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan  majerin dan gaulkan sehingga adunan kelihatan sebati [ anggaran 10 minit].&lt;br /&gt;4. Bahagikan adunan pada 60 gm setiap dan buatkan bulat2. Ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;5. Dua sudu madu&lt;br /&gt;9. 2 sudu sos tiram&lt;br /&gt;10. sedikit halia&lt;br /&gt;11. satu sudu sos cili&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara buatnya&lt;br /&gt;* Tumbuk bawang putih, halia, dan rempah rosemarry tu (erkk rempah ke?)&lt;br /&gt;kemudian gaulkan dengan semua bahan lain dan perap ayam sekejap, lagik lama lagik best. dua tiga jam ke..&lt;br /&gt;* Pastu bakar pada suhu 200 darjah celcius (my oven la..korang nye adjust la..)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;okeh keterangan gambar&lt;br /&gt;1. Romemarry Whole tu dgn serbuk lada hitam (kasar best ala Kenny Rogers gitu)&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumbuk bawang putih, halia dan rosemarry&lt;br /&gt;3. Gaul bahan tumbuk dengan minyak + madu + sos dan mentega&lt;br /&gt;4. Ni madu asli occay (laki gue pembeli yang mudah bersimpati dengan penjual, org jual madu ni pun dia beli, tapi tak pernah dia telan pun, mujur bini dia rajin baut resepi-resepi pakai madu, maka luak le jugak madu ni)&lt;br /&gt;5.
